LIGHTHOUSE PHOTO- PEACE CONTEST 2017
The Lighthouse Project is holding its first Photo- Peace Contest commencing 26 the January, 2017.

The theme for the contest is: Re- Defining Peace through a Lens
​
Rules:
1. Only Indians and Pakistanis across the world can participate.
2. Age limit: 16 years and above
3. Entries will be divided into Two categories : A and B
Category A includes photographs taken from DSLRs and other professional camera equipment
Category B includes pictures taken with Cell phones
4. There will be two prizes for each category.
5. Off -net pictures will automatically stand disqualified
6. The decision of the judges will be final and binding
7. Contest begins on 26th January, 2017 and ends on 30th March, 2017
8. Every participant can send up to 3 entries
9. Entries must be sent to editorlighthouseproject@gmail.com with Photo - Peace Contest 2017 in the subject line
10. Entries should include metadata if at all possible. Caption information should include:
Name of location
City
State/Province
Country
Creative caption
Your interpretation of the picture in 50 words.

NO COMPOSITE PICTURES.

By participating in the contest the participant agrees to be bound by the rules of the contest. All copyrights of the winning entries will be divested in The Lighthouse Project.

Parameters for Judging:
Entries will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact, artistic merit and subject matter relevance.

Prizes for the winning entries will be announced on 26th January, 2017
